multi wan

Hello,
I have a router plus 1connection adsl and a 4g lte connection.
my lan is in 192.168.1.0./24
I have a wan interface in 192.168.1.2/24 I have my box upstream.
I have an interface in 192.168.10.3 which connects it to my 4g router.

I started 0.0.0.0 gateway 192.168.1.254 and 192.168.10.1 but it does not work well.
I want my internet connection to use puts two wan in balancing.

is it possible..
