well. first i would like to say that i am not a user of mikrotik but i have bought internet connection from a local interet provider that uses Mikrotik. there are just 2 guys in the and they do all the stuff . now i have 3 smartphones and 2 laptops in my home and the after installation when i tried to log in from my smartphone , laptop already logged in from the same account, it couldnt and showed an error message of no more log in session for this user (something like that). then i contacted this internet guy and he told that only one device can be logged in at one time. so kindly tell me the solution for this (as i think that internet guy doesnt knw much about the mikrotik os)) or if there is any other way like extra router or ap i have to buy for networking in my home. please do help.
They surely know what and why they do. You can put a router with nat between your devices and your Internet connection. Then they will see always one device regardless how many devices you connect to it.

would u kindly suggest which router should i buy and further would router automatically login into network as every time i restart my computer a pop up box appear saying additional info required and then i manually in my browser enter my username and password. Would the router do this login function automaticaly?

I would recommend rb951 2hnd. But actually it could be whatever device even non mikrotik device. I don’t know how their login works but router will not do such Web logging for you. The page can pop up on whatever of your computers but it should remain logged for all others simultaneously.
Of course they can do some things against, depends how they are smart. But with nat you should finally win if you understand how they are fighting. Anyway you are paying so you should be able to negotiate what fits your needs.
