Since the new update I have not recieved any updates to my Outlook email link. Is there anything I need to do to get this working again?
Check your email and notification settings in your account profile.

Okey, check your spam box. It’s possible they forgot to configure SPF and DKIM for smtp outbound email from Discource.
I just went thru my Junk folder in Outlook. There was nothing in there. I have no idea where to check the other setings that you have listed.
I am lost in the abysys of the new interface. It would be very nice to have some way to learn this new interface.

Thank you so very much. I have been using the Forum for several years now. It has been a great asset to the use and setup of Mikrotik equipment as always. I find this new interface to be quite confusing to get around in.
I will look at the links you have provided and see if I can find what I need to do to get my issue fixed.

Yeah, unfortunately, MikroTik seems to have cut some corners when planning, so there’s not a lot of info about how the forum is set up like it’s running on Discourse.
Usually, there’s a “getting started” tutorial that pops up when you log in for the first time, but for some reason, they haven’t activated it here.

One of my issuies is that I have not used Discord before. I see a learning curve ahead in my adventure.

Are you leaving your PC on and with the browser always opened? The default settings won’t send emails if you are online. I’m not sure how it determines if the user “has not been seen in the last 5 minutes”. You can try changing it to “always” and see if it helps.
I have all three set to always. I never leave my browser on all the time. It still does not send emails to my mail account.
You could try testing with a different email account, like Gmail, to see if it’s the same thing.
I have just decided to forgo the Outlook connection and just use the Forum interface. I give.
