no.
i can t even telnet 192.168.1.250
but i can ping it
ping -t 192.168.1.250
reply from 192.168.1.250: bytes=32 time=1ms ttl=64
reply from 192.168.1.250: bytes=32 time=1ms ttl=64
reply from 192.168.1.250: bytes=32 time=1ms ttl=64
reply from 192.168.1.250: bytes=32 time=1ms ttl=64

Ok but earlier you said you CAN telnet into the router?

i could telnet via neighbour.
thanks hilton u made me work all the time and finally i think i found to run via winbox.
and i think that the problem was nat.
i had made an invalid nat chain=srcnat out-interface=pppoe-out1 action=masquerade and seems this is an invalid nat rule.
now i had made many things on my mikrotik and i hope i didn t make it unconfigured.
i made now a nat rule like:
chain=srcnat action=accept
and my winbox work fine.
now i have to configure my nat for the internet and i need help again.
but i want to thank u hilton u helped me be so patient that i made it.
thanks a lot you too for being so patient with me.
and i think i need help for the next steps
