need of high end bandwidth manager

We are in need of high end bandwidth manager with router board 1100 and 1200 cannot support.
We are willing to install Mikrotik in our Dell Poweredge 2950 Server with 2 X Quad Core CPU.
Please advise which OS version is best suitable for this.
since we have tried with 5.8 but ping latency is increased and huge traffic seen on bridge interface after that all queue stocked.

please help us on this.

Maybe wait until comes RB1100AHx2? Release date december.

I have had really good luck with the PowerRouter 732. I inherited it with a project and it has held up surprisingly well to everything I have thrown at it. There is also a larger version if you need it. http://www.mikrotikrouter.com/
