Net problem ISP or MikroTik

Hey,

I had once a problem with my MT RB750Gr2. I had strange thing goin on with something which had to do wth ether1 interface. Network was working properly TX and RX packets flow ok and sometimes network stoped working. TX was sending packets on ether1 but I did not receive any packets on RX. I was debuging that problem and I found temporary solution but not the reason of the problem. The solution was to delete my ISP gateway MAC from ARP TABLE in / ip arp on my MikroTik. It was added dynamically. Atfer I delete it, it ads again by itself and network starts working again / RX packets started to flowing. Strange, till today I didn’t found what was the reason of it. I tried to send e-mails to support of mikrotik but they didn’t find the reason why is it happening. They advice me to upgrade the firmware from 6.33.0 to 6.34 (the beta) which was strange advice But I did. After upgrading the problem appears again, this time more often and the temporary solution which was the ISP Gateway ARP entry deleting procedure wasn’t working anymore. So I decided to downgrade to 6.33.3 (6.33.3 because after that time there was a new stable release). Problem occurs still but not so often.

I’m facing that problem for 3 months now. And right now when I’m writing the post the problem occurs once again.

My network looks like this:
ISP Router: Thompson
Router MT RB750Gr2 , / With Static IP / settings from my ISP.
Access Point: Cisco Meraki Access with License.

Funny thing is that I can see my AP in Cisco Meraki Cloud which is showing me that there is a problem to sync with my Cisco Meraki Access Point and it reports: DNS Misconfigured.

From my workplace I tried to access my network with VPN or access my home server and of course PING Isn’t responding. The pakcets on traceroute didn’t even reach my router. They stoped somewhere in the middle, on one of the device (probably it’s the main ISP District router/switch).

When I called my ISP he says that he can see his router (thompson) and it’s alive and rensponding and they can ping my IP. But how is it possible if I can’t ping my IP from no where? Maybe they are having internal network (Vlan) to debug their devices. Don’t know. Can any of you have and Idea?

How is the thomson router configured? is it in router mode or bridge mode (public ip assigned to the routerboard)?
