Try to set PATH env. variable for this container with value: /usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin
Unfortunately not on native RoS, but you might try ZeroTier that is similar to TailScale.
path issues should be fixed in latest beta versions
