NetMetal 5's Quit working

Hello,
I recently bought 4 NetMetal 5’s. I configured 1 as the AP and the others as Clients for a PtMP system. I have been running the AP and 1 Client for about 2 weeks now at an industrial facility. I have been running tests for the past two weeks. I had a few errors, but overall they were solid. I wanted the connections to be almost perfect, so I bought some higher gain antennas. I went to the client on Saturday to install the antennas. I dropped the power to the units and exchanged the antennas with the new ones I had on both the AP and Client. I powered each one back up and they quit working. I logged on to the Client to see what was going on and it said it was connected at -37dbm and the strength bars were full, but the CCQ was 3/3 %. I know the CCQ was about 88/88 % and above before I swapped antennas. So, I decided to swap the antennas back to the original ones and I still have the same results. They don’t work at all and my client is extremely disappointed as am I. What can be wrong with these? Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Dan

CCQ needs traffic. Did you tried to pass some traffic or you just sit and look at the screen?
-37 is to strong. I recommend -50…-55
All the radios where powered off before the antenna disconnection? If not, the amplifiers might be burned.

I was 100% sure the radios were completely off before I disconnected the antennas.

As far as I know, the device should auto connect after the modem powers up and establishes a link. I’ll pass some traffic through and see if it changes. If the amplifiers were burnt, would I still see it is connected to the AP and with all full network bars?
