i have searched alot to find a source to guide me about ax wireless connection in Mikrotik, but why is there no information about that? We have a lot about N and Ac, but about AX, there's still no source to improve our knowledge ??!!
Isn't the documentation enough for this?

The most simple way in the Winbox is:
WiFi > select wifi interface > Configuration > Country set "Superchannel".

There is an undocumented maximal distance of 20km on the AX devices. Increasing power makes absolutely no difference, the problem is the timing.
When you encounter problems below 20km make sure you have set the distance field appropriately.
Timing's definitely part of it, but antenna orientation is worth checking too. Got way better range once I adjusted mine properly.
We (unfortunately) replaced a number of access points that had old 802.11n radios with the newer AX type which of course resulted in the same signal (antennas at both ends were not touched) but the far away clients can no longer connect. They see a good signal but connection immediately fails because of the timing.
The AX radios use manufacturer-supplied drivers with a maximum of 30km distance (earlier I wrote 20km from memory but that was wrong), you can set 50km distance but it is simply ignored. Unfortunately this is mentioned nowhere in device specifications or RouterOS manual, only in sales blurb on the website for AX products...
E.g. for the Netbox 5AX that we use the salesblurb says "to create a powerful long-range point-to-point link for distances up to 30 kilometers." but it also says "It's important to note that while longer links are feasible, their reliability may vary". However the reality is that the mentioned 30km is not a hint, it is the actual limit and longer links are not possible anymore (they were possible with older devices with MikroTik-written drivers).

The general issue is that they have decided to use unmodified manufacturer drivers. We lost other things as well, like independent signal strength indication for each chain.
I think they will defer modifications as long as possible, but when they are inevitable we might see some things come back when modifications are made anyway.

i had 5km and 13km wireless links also, and LHG XL AX repeated its good performance. I'm a Mikrotik reseller, but i love to learn more. I have configured devices for my customers, and then they just placed and it worked
Ok that is short distance and can be fixed in configuration.
We had some 50+ km links using classic N type equipment (generation before AC) and even though we had good signal at 20MHz bandwidth before swapping for AX, we lost the links due to driver (or maybe chip?) problem.
I don't recommend AX devices for distances more than 30 km, and I guess we should wait for new updates from Mikrotik. i just set SuperChannel for the highest dBm (about 60 dBm, 5175 MHz- 5895 MHz). In Afghanistan, we have no limit for throughput power for now .
