Upgraded from 4.16. to 5.1 to a RB433 and now there is no terminal response.?? Terminal comes up but can’t type any input and nothing is displayed in the terminal window.

have you enabled console on serial interface as we have not seen any problems of this kind.
Yes it is enabled. After a few minutes the motd appears but no prompt. No direct telnet access ability. Simple direct upgrade from 4.16 , now all kinds of mischief. Can I go back to 4.16 without losing my config ? I know previously a downgrade would lose all config …can’t do that if that’s still the case as this is up on a tower.Currently running RB433 board loaded with SR2 cards (3).
Also noticed cpu is showing running @ 100% continuously…only 15 clients on this tri-sector. Traffic throughput minimal.
