Just thought it will be useful for somebody? maybe need to add it to Wiki - Supported Hardware
All tests done on RB750UP, 5.12.

Nokia E52 (Series 60) - also charges through USB port)
Set Usb mode to “PC Suite” in phone menu
Baud rate - 115200
Ports - 0/0
APN - internet
No modem init string, Dial number - *99#

Nokia 6700 Classic (Series 40) - also charges through USB port)
Set Usb mode to “PC Suite” in phone menu
Baud rate - 115200
Ports - 0/0
APN - internet
Modem init string - ATZ, Dial number - *99#
