Non HTTPS sites not working

I have problem with normal site without https it’s not working only https sites are loading.

Am using 3 G on mikrotik.

any help will be greatly appreciated

Do you have any filter rules that block TCP port 80, or redirect it for transparent proxy?
Do any of your nat rules involve TCP:80?
Does the 3G service provider require a proxy setting?
