nRAYG-60ad failed to upgrade from 7.13.4 to 7.17.2, 7.18.2, 7.19.2

After the update, the device ends up in the NetConfig boot loop.

I’ve tried it on multiple devices with default config.

7.13.4 → 7.19.2 - Failed

7.13.4 → 7.18.2 - Failed

7.13.4 → 7.17.2 - Failed

7.13.4 → 7.16.2 - OK

7.14.3 → 7.19.2 - OK

7.15.3 → 7.19.2 - OK
