NV2 + N + AMSDU + AMPDU Best settings

Running NV2 on N protocol what is (or is there any way to discover !) the best setting for AP’s + CPE’s
AMSDU limit, AMSDU threshold, AMPDU priorities , I have read suggestions to use 2048 or 4096 for AMSDU limit but don’t understand why AMSDU threshold should be the same as the limit figure!

As I am running NV2 should the AMSDU limit + threshold relate to TDMA max tx size of 4000 ! and max setting for MCS rates is MCS=10

A higher AMSDU value offers better raw througput but it can be counter producing on long distance link so start with 2048 and increase it till the connection starts to become worse, AMPDU priorities should remain default to avoid unnecesary CPU usage.
