Off Topic but related...

I have been unable to log onto Mikrotiks website to manage licenses, purchase keys etc… I had two accounts that both worked, now neither of them work.

One said I had a bad password - so I had it email me the password. I then typed it in and then it told me the user account was invalid - like it did witht he other user account I know is/was good. I emailed support but haven’t heard anything back yet.

Is anyone else having a problem logging into the website for license / key purchasing & management? Thanks… I need to spend some money and I haven’t been able to.

I have the same problem, i think the problem is from MikroTik site and or database. I have clients who have paid for license but i have being unable to generate for them because i just cannot log in and the server keep telling invalid user password which is false because i am 100% sure of the password.
I hope this is sorted out by MikroTik before monday so that i do not have to make refunds

p.s. this is not off topic bu top priority topic as inability to generate license mean little can be done.

it was fixed, the system decided to ban some people.
