Only specific packet using PPTP

Hello. I want to set PPTP with next scenario.
I want to.jpg

  1. Router 1 is place on my home network.
  2. Router 2 is place on my office.
  3. I want to use service which is provide on ip address a.b.c.d. This service only can access at my office.
  4. My office’s network speed is very very slow and If I send all packet with PPTP, I Cannot use network pleasantly.
  5. I want to make PPTP connection to Router 2. And route all traffic to Network1’s gateway(192.168.0.1). But only packet to a.b.c.* will route to Router 2(192.168.1.1).
  6. How can I set this? Router 1 and 2 is Mikrotik’s HAP AC and I already open PPTP server on my office and using it by Windows PPTP client setting. But with this approach, I have to send all traffic to my office.(Very slow and traffic size is also limited.)

Please tell me what function I have to read?

Easiest way would be to setup specific host routes so only certain traffic will go over the VPN:
