PCC Load Balance Link/Advice to Read & Learn

Hi Folks,

I’ve been searching for PCC load balance, but when i apply this, it doesnt work well like one of them:

the result it’s always change ip address, cannot access bank site, yahoo messenger drop most all the time, etc.

does anyone have link for better PCC load balance ? so i can read and learn them ?

yes i read that posting already. im using NTH at the moment and work well, just want to try another load setting like this PCC, but still no luck. thanks anyway.
