PCs are not connected into the APs

In our company, we have a MikroTik router connected to a switch, and we have connected Cisco access points from the switch. Currently, our router and access points connect to mobile devices without any issues, but computers connect to Wi-Fi, work for a short time, and then lose connection to the router. No matter what we do, they won’t reconnect. Some people told me that there might be an issue in the router configuration, but I have no idea how to solve this problem.
