PHP API Not Connecting on cPanel server

Hi Guys,

I am using the Mikrotik API PHP (RouterOS PHP API class v1.5) to connect and read the queue types & its Rates. However, the API connect function is working fine in localhost.
But not working on cPanel server(screenshot attached)
I can able to see the connection attempt as ‘sfp-sfpplus 1 fcs error on link’ at WINBOX logs.(screenshot attached)
Enabled api with port on ‘IP services list’.
Any thoughts?
