Ping drops and high responce..

I hv pt to pt link upto 22km distance and some time suddenly facing problem like remote client stops pinging while checking the status in Registered client it shows 1 ( connected ) and signal also -69/-70 , with same status while checking with freq. usage or scaning from client side no other link is comming in scan or all freq. shows 0.0 usage , how to resolve this or what exactly the problem, same time changing of freq. is also not resolving the issue , and changing freq. the signal will -70 / 0 dbm , links shows up but no ping

thanks

Are you using compression?

No , not using compression ..

Can you MAC ping when it goes down?

I have the same problem here :frowning:

well, i dont know what makes the ping go so high, i have configured 2 Mk’s, making a link from a city to another, something about 4 km, when i get in the mk and ping each node, its everything normal.

But, my problem its with the Mikrotik as AP, cause, the clients gets a high latency, and i dont know what’s.
Resuming, when i got to a cliente, conneced in MK AP, and ping this AP, the latency goes high, something about 1k ms sometimes.

Can anybody help me?

OBS: i’ve checked the ACK, and its everything normal, its in 30, all clients has perfect sinal.

wlan1 interface its that i´m having problem, its where the clients connect, wlan2 its my backbone interface, with this its everything ok
is there something wrong??? i need help fast

Att. Alysson

Is there a reason why you have changed your ACK from dynamic?

well, it was just a test, but every client has a ack in 30, as i’ve said, theres no signal problem in my clients

tell me one thing that im not sure, this -xxdbm, if i have someone with -95dbm its bad and -50dbm its better???

You only see -95 on an idle radio that isn’t moving any traffic
