When the client connects to the RouterOS L2TP server through IPV6, an error is reported in the RouterOS log.

phase1 negotiation failed due to time up 2001:355:7e3c:db00::100[500]<=>2001:355:7e18:7200:406b:3038:2e78:4755[500] 99f900c30f56df8d:3464542439f94618
