i exactly want to implement different queue management for my intranet and internet
i found on relevant older post here http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/how-to-make-queues-determine-intra-and-internet/16055/1 but totally lost.
please anybody tell me step by step method.
please don’t tell me to RTFM. these all are on command based i need help in windows based gui
thankyou

RTM

the commands also apply to the GUI mostly. if the command says “/ip address add address 1.1.1.1” then in the Winbox you need to go to the IP menu, select ADDRESS, click on the ADD button, and enter 1.1.1.1 in the ADDRESS window.

hi normis
no offence but..
if for all queries and question.
The answer is Read the Manual.
Then what’s the purpose of this forum.

well, to solve the problems, you have while configuring your routerOS router, and if you are provided with information on how to do that, why still complain about that you have not searched forum for that simple answer, but instead asked a question without looking at manual, and not even trying to understand.

mostly these are not home user solutions.

please see the manual, you will see that there are links to other sites on internet where you can get additional information about topic if you do not fully understand what is written there.

and, well, best solution for your problem in this case actually is to read the manual, and we are not rude, we are being helpful.

nobody will make you a free tutorial if you don’t know the basics. it would be too much to explain. you have to know basic stuff like adding addresses, basic commands, and how it all works. in the forum you can ask about a specific issue you are having, or a command that doesn’t do what you need.

I’m not a mikrotik gurun just a beginner that’s why i post my message in RouterOS Community Support [Beginner Basics]
anyway’s thankyou for feeling bore to answer my question.
i will make that my self.
Thankyou

I’m just telling you that it would take too much time to make a special winbox tutorial for this one question. You need to learn the basics, then you will understand the command line better.
