POE-CON-HP with -48Volts

Hello all

We have several sites that run with telecom -48Volts and we want to use POE-CON-HP to generate 24Volts. But are the input and output voltages isolated? Because when using telecom minus 48Volts as an input, the positive connection is the ground and the negative is the -48Volts. And that might be correct but a bit irregular. Is the output voltage floating or isolated from the input voltage?

Has anybody ever used it with telecom -48Volts with the positive pin grounded?
