Ports closed, no rule restricting them?

Hello,

I am new to using mikrotik, and routerOS. I have huge trouble opening ports. I deleted every single firewall rule, hoping that it would help me out. I added a nat rule following the guide on the wiki, but still no luck.

Could anyone help me out?
