I’m using PowerBox Pro (RB960PGS-PB) with 6.42.9 version of RouterOS.
I’m using it to power up some NetMetals.
I’ve noticed that when I do reboot to RB960PGS-PB no devices connected to it rebooted.
How is it possible? Is it my fault?
Yes it possible seem to me poe controller is separate chip just controlled by main processor, resetting just reset main processor but not interfere with poe controller,
It is nice feature if you upgrade 960 not lose power on port, I like this feature.
If you want to power off and power on device connected to poe port you can use power cycle option on interface with poe.
