pppoe redirect

Hello
I want to redirect all pppoe users who dont have time to page, where i can tell tham that they need to pay to access internet, is it possible, i know how to do this with hotspot but not with pppoe.

Add IP of banned pppoe clients to dynanic group and then redirect all IP of this group to special URL.

What type auth of pppoe you use? Local or Radius or Userman?
