pppoe server on ethe2 and hotspot on vlan

Hi

I have a mikrotik pppoe server running on my ether2 with my adsl link to ether1(http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/User_Manager/PPP_Example). i want to create a hotspot on a vlan for unknown people who connects ether2. Is this possible and is there a how to guide for this.I created the vlan and then hotspot but when i put my machine on dhcp it does not pick up any ip. Its like its not connecting to the vlan.
