I am a new user that is expiring the wide and beautiful world of MikroTik.
I have a VPN annual plan and I would like to use my new hAp lite to set a new PPTV with my VPN plan in order to use the service with the Amazon fire stick. Likely this service provide a guide on how set it up the MikroTik with different serves but I am facing a problem.
After that I created a new PPTP Client interface I tried to torch it but the status never changed to running. I have tried different servers with same result. Then I have contacted the company and they confirmed that my access data are correct. I don’t understand what is the problem.
Can someone help me? Did someone faced the same problem?
My version is the 6.38.3 and the guide I followed is https://www.vpnunlimitedapp.com/en/info/manuals/mikrotik-router.
Do I have any other way to use my VPN plan with my Amazon fire stick?

PS: I tried to set the profile as default encryption but when I push apply the profile change from default encryption to default.
