I updated my 951 router to version V7, and since then, the redirection to the hotspot login page has stopped working. I also tried restoring the backup, but it was impossible to redirect to the hotspot login page.
My hotspot system is no longer working.

Hi there, can you post your configuration with the private bits removed? See here fir help on how to do so.
If you backed up to v6 but keep reloading it from v7, it won't work if it's already not working when upgraded.
To speed up the process of restore the fuctionality, downgrade with previous v6.x.x and reload the backup.
Then ask for assistance on the forum on how to migrate from v6 to v7, preparing everything you need first.
That's assuming the hotspot migration can be done without problems, depending on how you use it.
Even if you export on "broken" v7, some pieces may have been lost from the migration from v6,
which may be just in the backup, without having made a .rsc with the show-sensitive export before the upgrade.
Hello team, I bought a new 951 v7 router. I configured everything on the internet side. So I created the hotspot server, but I am not redirected to the login.html page. And when I go to firewall and nat (no redirection configuration) I see after the hotspot setup creation the profile turns red so that means the system does not work despite I updated the router to v7.19.5
Reading the first post, it says:

I bought an 951 with v7 already installed, but I can't get the hotspot to work, even though I updated it to v7.19.5.
There is too much of a discrepancy for my taste.
And I'll add: There are many products with "951" in their names, and they're quite different from each other.
