problem with internet

I have satellite internet at download through satellite, and upload through dial-up modem, in computer with WinXP SP2, DVB SkyStar 2 PCI and wireless D-link DWL-520.

IP address: ISP 192.168.xxx.xxx

D-link DWL-520: 10.10.0.250

In wireless herself precede 2 router with mikrotikom 2.9.

Router1 mikrotik 2.9: 10.10.0.254

Router2 mikrotik 2.9: 10.10.1.254

How adjust mikrotik yes client with IP address 10.10.1.xxx raise admission internet?

I am running mikrotik 2.9.7 and i am trying to use dwl-520 rev. E1 but no function until now. It loads the driver but nothing to work. Do you have a mikrotik working with the pci ? how did you do ?
