Well I attached a schematic of my network. Currently I am about 2 ISP, which the first ISP gives me private IP by dhcp client and the second ISP gives me an IP Post directly on port 2 mikrotik . So far everything functioning normally.

The problem I have is that I can not operate the VLAN and DHCP server: In the port 3 have configured VLAN 10 ( 10.0.10.1/24 ) and port 4 ( port 5 → master -port port 4) I have configured VLAN 20 ( 10.0.20.1/24 ) . If I connect a PC to port 4 for offering me an IP address from DHCP server VLAN 20 not I get obtain the IP, as work can not get DHCP servers on the VLAN.
I followed the official wiki mikrotik but I fail to understand or something I lose me. How I can do to make a port VLAN is untagued so that the PC can get IP by dhcp?
