I want to know if anybody from MT can confirm why load balancing does not work.
I see many posts from people with the problem but nobody can help.
Many users including myself have on request supplied configuration details and nobody seems to answer when this has been requested.
We need to get a certain level of support from MikroTik and I think things like this highlight the need for a better MT support method. After 1 month we cannot contact MT direct and this forum is no good for getting help.
We have paid for a product and followed all the documentation as best we can.
I use MikroTik 2.8.21

Please can MT confirm if there is an issue with this version of MT or if i’m wrong. I don’t even care if I don’t get told how to do it. I just want to know if it’s worth me keep trying. But so far I am running out of new things to try to make this work.
