public IP address with IP Routed Subnet

Hi

I would like have same thing on mikrotik, will it happen? how to configure it?

MT router will use the gateway ISP send to me.
The public IP in LAN will use MT router IP as gateway.

Do you really have multiple Public IP-Addresses ?
