Hi, I thought this would be obvious but haven’t been able to figure it out. I have 128 public IP addresses. ether1 of the RB493 is set to x.x.x.2 and has a gateway address of x.x.x.1, then I have .3 thru .126 available for whatever is needed. I am running a hotspot on ether2 with an address of 192.168.5.1, handing out 192.168.5.10 thru .254 and this works great for most of my needs. However, some computers, servers, or other network devices occasionally will need to be assigned a public IP. I know that I can use 1:1 NAT to give the device a private IP and set up firewall rules to have it communicate both ways with a public IP, but I have been unable to figure out how to give the devices public addresses and somehow pass or bridge those addresses through the Mikrotik. Is this possible while using a hotspot on the same interface?
