Hi guys. Here is image and then question.

Now i want to make queue “down-3” with highest priority and down-6 with lowest.
So if my connection is fee then down-6 can take 100% of bandwidth but if needed then down-3 must have 90% and down6 only 10%.
How can i do this ?
In other words. p2p queue can download with 100% speed but if other queues need then it must be cut to 10% of total bandwitch and give 90% to the rest queues.
