Question about RouterBOARD and casing

I have a question, let’s say if I buy Mikrotik RouterBOARD devices and enclose it in my own casing with my company’s logo on it and use it to serve my customers, then is it considered illegal? Do I have to ask for Mikrotik’s permission to do that, or I would need to be a certified partner or something similar?

Not at all. The boards are designed so. It is only on you how you use it.
