Queue Tree

Hi,
I have R.B 1100 and I have 20M bandwidth and I use simple queue in bandwidth limit .
I want Separation of bandwidth between youtube and other web .
for example :

I limit 1M for other web and limit 2M for youtube.

can I use this idea and it is work with simple queue .I think it is in queue tree . and How I can use it.

You can limit other web via simple queue but for youtube you have to use queue tree.
