Queues for a whole IP class

I will like to know if there is a way to create a simple queue for a whole IP class on the 2.8 versions.
For example

10.10.10.0/32

RB 493AH vlans and dhcp Router Routerboard 6.6
BGP IPv6 route reflection

you can do this in 2.8 too. Here you have the exact example:

For whole class C use 10.10.10.0/24
