RADIUS Authentication using MS Active Directory

Hello All,

Forgive me if I have placed this new post in the wrong place, I trust that the skilled mods will move it if need be :slight_smile:

I am required to configure a MikroTik CRS125-24G-1S to use a MS Active Directory for PPTP and Hotspot authentication via a RADIUS server. I have never worked with RADIUS before on Windows platforms, let alone on MikroTik. If anyone has any pointers or links that take it step-by-step it would be greatly appreciated.

I haven’t used RADIUS myself, but judging from this MSDN article, you need to install the “Network Policy Server” role, and configure it. To configure MikroTik to connect to the Windows server, check out the RADIUS client manual page.
