RB 750G Session Time

Guys,

I have rb 750g that i upgraded to latest version.

My problem here is on userman account session that is timing out (exhausting) before the normal alloted time i.e. uptime limit.

I have created time limit for each ticket account to use at list 1h, but when a customer starts using the time and left some time behind to you use other time. when he/she come to use the time again, it will say (reach limit) i.e. account exhausted.

I check all parameters under userman but can not understand where the problem is. Is it bug or error?
