I have RouterBoard 750GL , I download the upgrade package version 6.1 and copy it in files tab then restart the Router but did not upgrade , also do Reset and try again , also not upgraded
The router board version is 5.25

Look in log what happend you can find that in the main window by log.
I think you have downloaded the wrong routeros.
Try the latest version
