RB1200 and CPU 100%

Problem is with DHCP, it is using 85-95% CPU.
I have ether6 port as a WAN, ether7 port as LAN, on LAN port DHCP server is configured and ON. When I reboot RB, it is normal, when I enable LAN port (with DHCP server) within 1-60 minutes CPU is going to 85-95% and is keeping this CPU load even if there is no activity on the port.
Is there some bug?

I can confirm: as soon as you disable the interface used by dhcp-client, ‘dhcp’ process eats the whole CPU core until reboot

after disabling dhcp-client, CPU goes down, just not momentarily

But he is talking about DHCP Client, not Server and I don’t know which routerboard he is talking about. And I haven’t found any DHCP-related problems on my RB1200. I have DHCP Server active on switched ports (1-5) and on bridged ports 6+7. I don’t use DHCP Client, do you?
