RB1200 kernel not found

Hello,

In this morning my RB1200 was dead.
In serial terminal I can see the error:
loading kernel from nand… kernel not found

I tryed to do netinstall but ETH10 has no link with other equipments (PC, router, switch) and multiple patchcords.
ETH9 no link
ETH 1-8 has link
I never used before ETH10

Any idea how can i get this router back to life?

Thank you InoX but I cannot do netinstall because ETH10, wich is the only one available for netinstall apparently not working
