RB2011UAS-2HnD-IN LCD problem

I have a RB2011UAS-2HnD-IN, it works well. But it has a problem with LCD. When the lcd backlight auto off, I touch the lcd screen, it just turn backlight on and display blank.

last night i upgraded the router to v6.1, but the problem still exists.

when i set lcd backlight-timeout to never, the lcd display normal more than one hour then turn into blank . the backlight still on. But nothing is display.

when use winbox, issue “lcd tack-screenshot”, take a screen shot.

when the lcd display blank, use winbox issue “reboot” to reboot router cannot make lcd work, it still display blank.

You must take the DC-converter from socket then plug it again, the router reboot and the lcd work.

I continue test process.

when lcd auto turnoff, touch the lcd, it’s backlight on and display nothing.
