RB3011 POE out to Ubiquiti UAP-AC-PRO

Hi, I’ve got a rackmounted rb3011 and a UAP-AC-PRO. I’m trying to power the access point off of the POE out on port 10 of the router. I know some ubiquiti APs only work with Ubiquiti’s passive POE injection, but the Pro model is supposed to be a bit more tolerant. I’ve tried setting the POE to both auto and forced on, but neither seems to work. I’m powering the RB with the included 1.2A, 24v DC adapter.

Any insights?

Mikrotik only provide passive PoE, the UAP-AC-Pro only support “active” 802.3af PoE/802.3at PoE+

The UAP-AC-Lite and LR models support Passive PoE

afaik
