RB4011 hard reset - cannot access webfig, telnet or ssh

I have a brand new rb4011. Fw 6.47.3. Did a hard reset (press reset, plug in, wait until user led blinks) , a couple of times. Router boots to dhcp IP, not 192.168.88.1.
I can ping the router but cannot access it at all, no webfig, telnet, ssh.

What’s wrong?

Use winbox over mac. If no go, reset and try again if no go again, netinstall latest long term version.

Don’t work. Why doesnt my switch reset to 192.168.88.1 after pressing reset and plugging it in for 3 or 5 seconds? Am I missing anything?
