Just want to make sure that I can connect these together, SFP+ to SFP?
And if so the correct modules to use?
Side note: Could I use the same modules with the 328-24P-4S+RM?
Many thanks.

Let me check if i got you right
You want to connect between your RB4011 to CRS112 with a fiber connection via the SFP+ on the RB4011 and on some SFP cage on the CSR112?
If thats the case
I don’t have straight and clear answer, and here’s the reason, By the MSA regulation an SFP+ (10Gbit) cage should support the existence of SFP (1Gbit/GIBIC) transceiver, Each vendor implements there SFP+ link independently, according to the RB4011 block diagram the SFP+ connected straight to the CPU, So its up to Mikrotik to negotiate the link speed from the transceiver, It will be unlikely that Mikrotik doesn’t support 1Gbit link on there SFP+ cages, since even Cisco support it.
The more straight answer
Take two 1Gbit SFP transceivers plug one to RB4011 and one to CSR112, noting will be damaged in case you insert SFP to the SFP+ cage.
At best you have a link, at worst notting happens.
It is not possible to
It is not possible to make a link between SFP+ 10Gbit to SFP (1Gbit) due to a difference in signaling rate and encodings
Make sure you use SFP’s that supported by mikrotik.
In order to test if both sfp work connect both of them to the CSR112 and connect with a fiber.
