RB450G license issues

Hi,

In my company we have been installing RB450G routers for a while (think we have installed about 500). We also normally just apply a configuration and OS 6.3 and then manage remotely.
We recently received a new batch and all of a sudden we are experiencing licensing problems.
Again these are very recently purchased, the problem seems to occur when we up grade to 6.3 (which was never a problem in the past) they came with OS 6.2
Does anyone know why we are having these problems now?
Do we need to get a license from Mikrotik?

Also is there a way of getting some support from Mikrotik directly on these types of issues? (this would slow down the provisioning process and would be nice to have a way around thisn)
