Good day! I have a very strange problem with my RB450G and Microtik OS 5.11 (firmware 2.38). Every night i see this logs - interface ether1-gateway link up/down every 10minutes (!). I have ADSL-modem connected with ether1-gateway and provider tells me about no problems in this modem. Maybe problem in my RB450G?
try to change the cable first.
this issue not yet been solve by mikrotik team since the v5.x release lots complaining about port flapping!!
first check why every 10 minutes there is some mysterious problem.
looks like something is happening every exact 10 minutes. check what that might be.
I changed the patch cord, all the same. Periodic disconnect. But i got credentials for ADSL modem - ZTE ZXDSL 831 CII. And when i see to “Line up time duration”, i notice a periodically disconnect. Moreover, “System up time” synchronously change. Most probably, ADSL-modem reboots every 10minutes. And, probably, in this situation i have a provider problem. Very strange, because it is not happened earlier…
