RB5009UG+S+IN RoS 7.13 Random hang

After upgrading RB5009UG+S+IN to RoS 7.13 it hangs several times a day. I need to power it off and on to get it working.
I have many MT devices ( routers, ap ). All of them are upgraded to 7.13 and all has similar configuration but the problem only occurs on RB5009UG+S+IN ( this is the only one device in arm64 arch I have )

Has anyone experienced a similar problem ?

Same issue on mine RB5009UG+S+.
Had to revert back to 7.12.1.

It seems we are not alone with this problem:

I have RB5009UG+S+ after 7.13 upgrade it reboots 5 times per day - reason time watchdog:

funny thing is that netinstall with formatting didn’t help, cloud on or off, ntp client on or off - doesn’t matter, also interesting point is the timing - take a look on the log, last watchdog almost fully matches previous timing..
it seems pure RB5009 device problem, also having 5 another units, mips + ARM architecture - no problems at all.
Thinking to report to Mikrotik support.. all my ideas are gone and none of them helped ((

Regards,

The problem is openvpn client connections.
I disabled mine and the random reboots stopped.
